Dear Reviewer:
I received a letter from your firm stating that my letter requesting verification of erroneous items on my report as being classified as "frivolous". I assure you that in no way do I consider a matter of such importance to me as frivolous. In fact if you do not honor my original request [verify the items contained in my letter dated (date) and sent to you certified mail, return receipt requested (receipt#)], I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
I also request you send me my free copy of the updated credit file when you
complete the corrections.
Respectfully,
